As owner of By the Glass (www.bytheglass.ca) Mark offers private wine tastings for groups as small as 6 or as large as 100. From simple wine classes to themed tastings he can create wine tastings for the beginner as well as more seasoned professionals. He is also a sommelier instructor with the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers Atlantic Chapter (CAPSAC) Sommelier Certification program in Nova Scotia. Carman Mills, an accredited Sommelier, is an active participant in Nova Scotia’s wine community. A long time instructor for the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers (CAPS) certification program for Atlantic Canada, Carman is a passionate wine and spirits educator. He conducts corporate and private wine tasting seminars, judges wine and when time allows, writes on various aspects of wine and spirits. Carman can be contacted at cmills2@dal.ca.

 | Amy Savoury Having worked with the Winery Association of Nova Scotia, Taste of Nova Scotia,TIANS and Domaine de Grand Pré, Amy has extensive experience teaching on the subject of wine. She became a Certified Sommelier through the International Sommelier Guild in 2002 and currently offers a series of wine appreciation courses through NSCC's Continuing Education.
